Léa had been suffering from insomnia for years. She tells us about her journey.
"I tried everything: sleeping pills (with their side effects), melatonin, meditation apps... Nothing helped. A friend gave me a flax seed hot water bottle for my birthday."
At first sceptical, Léa quickly changed her mind.
"The first night, I placed the hot water bottle on my stomach. The gentle heat relaxed me like never before. I fell asleep in 15 minutes instead of tossing and turning for hours."
A ritual that has become indispensable
Three months later, Léa can no longer do without it:
"It's become my evening ritual. I heat my hot water bottle, read for 20 minutes, and fall asleep peacefully. My insomnia is a thing of the past."
